The Junior Open Water Diver course is tailored for young divers aged 10-15 years old, and Graduates can dive with a certified adult or professional.

The course emphasizes safety and skill development, avoiding rushed training.

Course Structure:

  1. Academics: Study theory online, or in our diving center classroom.
  2. Pool Training: Practical sessions at the Pool to develop scuba skills.
  3. Open Water Dives: Four check-out dives, either locally or abroad, to complete certification.

Certification: Junior divers can upgrade to Open Water Diver at 15 after a skills update.

Junior Open Water Course Requirements:

  • Must be at least 10 years of age

  • Medically cleared to dive (if applicable)

Course Duration: 3 days with 6 dives.

  • Day 1: Theory introduction + Pool or shallow water dives with practical exercises
  • Day 2: 2 dives to 10-12 meters, preparation for the theoretical exam
  • Day 3: 2 dives to 12-18 meters, deepening knowledge + theoretical exam.

Open Water Dive Course

Did junior OWD course, 2 students, relaxed and friendly atmosphere, online teaching. Nearby heated pool and car transfer to protected shore dives in small bay ( utopia beach)
